For tea: (5-6 servings)
Pour 8oz of hot water over 1 tbsp of herbs
It is recommended to use a tea strainer or tea filter bags
For bath:
Place loosely or in a tea bag in warm bath
Be mindful of the drain if using herbs loose in the bath
For altar:
Place in a small bowl for altar decor or meditation, can also be burned on charcoal in a fire-safe dish
